A dry sake with a soft mouthfeel that develops into a crisp, clean finish (winning the gold medal at the Slow Food Japan Kanzake Contest 2013), and a sweet sake that is easy to drink. ((A sake brewed with locally grown sake rice and melted snow, available only in Obanazawa City)
